Are you aware the Roman Empire extended to parts of Africa? Were they not influenced by Roman culture having been part of the Roman Empire? When Alexander the Great invaded Africa with Aristotle as his teacher. Might there be some Greek “influence” as well????

You see you are giving answers and defaulting back to ideas given to you. I’m thinking critically about what I have been told to always have been the case. I don’t accept at face value that these are the reasons because as you put it so scholarly, “everybody knows that.”

I see contradictions in the official narrative so I’m pointing them out. European is not used just to describe people from the continent because there are people on the continent who are not classed as Europeans.

People influenced by Roman and Greek culture can’t be the only reasons because Roman and Greek empires extended to Africa.
