Are you saying that the local stores with more wealthy non-white people have ratios of representation equivalent to their numbers as a buying demographic? I think the issue is more so that even in areas with wealthy non-whites they are not afforded the same level of representation as whites with the same buying power? I think that is the issue being addressed. Not that they are being represented more but that there is a discrepancy between how those numbers are interpreted and implemented in the stores.
