I can’t even imagine how many black women were raped by white men during slavery. I’m pretty sure they knew that black men didn’t want their women. Obviously, 70 years later and trillions of dollars later poured into advertising the beauty of white people. Some of us have fallen victim to their heavy marketing but that doesn’t change a fundamental fact that they are missing melanin covering their bodies. There isn’t enough marketing that can make me forget the images I’ve seen of their actual origins.

Without the marketing they’ve done. I doubt any of us would be able to see the picture of the last girl as anything other than a person with unequal melanin distribution.
