I know a lot of people from all ethnicities with college degrees who can’t get a job in their field, thanks USA. Corporations are part of the building blocks of white supremacy in this country. It’s essentially a system for white people in high up positions to promote other white people based on nothing more than that, “they like them.” We all know the people in corporations who get promoted are the ones who suck up to the boss. Often times though non-white people are disliked by upper management for no other reason than their appearance.

Corporations have created a status quo of white supremacy.

“We can’t have someone with poofy or dyed hair representing our company!”

“What will all the 60 year old white people say!”

In essence corporations conform their image to a “nice” old white man or “nice” old white lady’s preferences. This is white supremacy. I really can’t imagine an elderly black man taking the time out of his day to call up a corporate office and say,“There was a woman with a bad dye job in one of your establishments and it looked very unprofessional.” No, I think we can all agree that non-white people just mind their own business and don’t judge people so harshly on their appearance.

The only reason corporations even feel that level of pressure to micro manage their teams is because they get all sweaty at the prospect of a “very important sounding white man in his 50s” calling and saying, “My wife was just in your establishment …I own this!… I have connections ! …. I’m a child and when I’m angry I throw tantrums!!!!!!” The way capitalism, corporations and this country is run is a joke.

It’s all because everyone is afraid of what some ticked off white man throwing a tantrum will do to them. Will he beat up his wife ? Will he run a child sex trafficking ring? Will he start a Cold War with China? Will he shoot up our school ? Will he shoot up a Walmart? What will the white man throwing a tantrum do next ? No one knows so white men use their tantrums as a means of controlling the country through fear and confusion. Will a white man orchestrate 300 years of owning human beings and raping them? What if I tell that football star I don’t want to have sex with him? Will he go on social media and ruin my life or will he just rape me?What if I accidentally tell that white man something he doesn’t want to hear will he fire me or put me in jail? If he stops me at a traffic stop and he is in a tantrum mood will he sit on my neck for 9 minutes and kill me? What will the white man with a tantrum do next to brown people, women and children? No one knows so American society continues to spin in a continuous loop of trauma. White women don’t know what they are going to do next either. Will he cheat on me when he’s tired of me? Will he have a mid life crisis and leave me when I’m 45 with nothing? What will the white man do next? No one knows so we all live in fear.

Also don’t forget that black man going to buy a bag of skittles is the real threat!

I find this entire society completely arbitrary and ridiculous. I wonder if corporations know that they bring in billions per year and people will continue to buy from them even if one white woman or man leaves a ticked off phone call.

Perhaps it’s time for this country to grow a backbone? I’m sorry white people feel so inferior in their everyday lives that they have to take it out on brown people for several hundred years but most of us just aren’t dealing with it anymore. I’m going to continue to tell it like it is until we can all live in a society free from white people’s adult tantrums.
