I think people just need to say it, “Italians!” and be done with it. Some Italians are descended from Lombards of course we know this. We aren’t talking about that. We are talking about the Italians that have hair curlier than a biracial person and skin tanner than some too. We also aren’t referencing ethnicity for their cultural history here we are referencing appearance which is still not race but definitely not ethnicity. Again I ask people where do you think curly hair comes from? It doesn’t come from Scandinavia…. it comes from that same continent Egypt is on. Where do you think tan skin or brown skin comes from ? Not from the cold harsh mountains……
