I’m biracial and I think we need to stop acting out white methods of oppression. The whole messy biracial person thing is getting old. I’ve been tired of it since I educated myself.

Is there really any need to dissect “Please pick me white people syndrome.”

It’s very simple. Any non white person who displays and tries to emulate the white racist status quo is a coward. They are inauthentic and they only traumatize themselves by engaging in it.

Also a commenter reminded me below that:

Is tone deaf. Please stop. You make it harder for all of us.

It sounds very much like my “fellow biracials” are attempting to use a method from the white playbook. Instead of claiming reverse racism we are now claiming “reverse colorism”? Okay ….okay.
