It’s disgusting and frankly I’m just going to say it. White people who think this way are on average less qualified. If you have to use race as a qualifier for anything by default you are admitting that the quality of work is not the most important thing to you. Think about any workplace run by white people who are constantly pandering to race. Why aren’t they working? If they have all that time to plan racial sabotage.Then they aren’t getting their work done are they? They are spending their time gossiping and being consumed by a fairytale they have told themselves about skin color. Why aren’t they working? If they have all that time to watch you, how are they getting their own work done?
