It’s how the caste system in America works. Italians only gained white status in the 1920s. They have to work much harder and overcompensate with their racism. It’s a machine that runs itself with Anglo Saxons at the top Scottish/ Irish people in the top middle and Italian Americans and Jewish people near the bottom of the cutoff for whiteness.

They have to prove they are white enough. That’s the process of the petition for whiteness and until people understand how this caste system works they will only be addressing effects and symptoms.

When I see someone who presents and sounds like Joe Rogan (unless he was socialized outside the American caste system) I’m going to expect a learned behavioral response to the American caste system of whiteness.
