It's not that they don't work hard. It's that you can have two people who work equally as hard and the white managers prefer the work of the person with their same skin color. I'm sure white people work just as hard as people of color and their hard work pays off. That's the difference.

It's not so much white privilege as it is freedom from oppression. Imagine working hard and just being free to receive the benefits of your labor. Most people of color have never experienced life like that in America. There's always some closet or openly racist person in every environment we find ourselves in.

White privilege is literally the privilege to control a good amount of your circumstances based on your own effort. People of color run into having wild out of control experiences on a daily basis. We are always having things thrown at us out of nowhere from insensitive racist people.

Imagine just for a moment being a person of color and turning on the news in the last year. Regardless of your political stance the amount of wild racism we've all been exposed to in just the last year is enough to give any human being PTSD and an anxiety disorder. It's like we go through life being traumatized on a daily basis and then people who have suffered trauma maybe only once a year if we are being generous can't figure out why people of color don't just get on with life the same way they do.

Most people of color have PTSD just from living in the United States. Forget slavery or Jim Crow most of us were traumatized by racism so many times as children we barely made it out of elementary school alive.

While white kids are contemplating how many animal crackers to have at snack time. Black kids are contemplating whether they are subhuman or not.

It's satanic what American racists do to the mind of the black child in America.

Just so we are clear I don't believe in Satan but I can't think of a better adjective to describe American society..
