That number is too low it’s being under reported. Unless maybe they just aren’t paying ins attention. I have a feeling now that the internet has made people aware of micro aggressions and what people mean when they make certain comments. If they ran the study again the number would double. 6 years ago I would have been the type of person to report no discrimination. But I was uneducated about he ways in which peoples biases affected how I was treated. Now I’m aware it’s like I’m living in the 1950s.
