Here’s a thought maybe you aren’t in her position managing the team because you don’t understand concepts like professionalism.

He basically flat out said, “ I should be managing the team because I’m white.”

So basically he’s saying his credentials don’t matter only his skin color.

Also, I’m sorry you had this happen to you. A lot of white people suffer from mental illness. It’s a weird mental illness because it is socialized into them through the state. Typically mental illness comes from either chemical or brain abnormalities. A larger portion stems from childhood trauma. So it comes from interrupted socialization. The weirdest thing about white mental illness is that it’s actually a goal of socialization to produce irrational, unethical behavior in the white population. Because they are socialized to enter a society that is itself irrational and unethical. I don’t really understand how this process of socialization wound work in the UK. I tend to view the UK as succeeding where America fails on social issues.
