It’s sort of like saying I’ve never seen a thief constantly steal items in front of me?

Were you paying attention and looking for it?

At my old job for me to even notice or observe someone developing strange habits (actions) with cash management. I wouldn’t necessarily notice until someone brought to my attention that they had witnessed some strange habits or “actions.”

Did you do this?

Were you already observing all your colleagues closely ?

That closely ?

To where you would have even noticed something off?

Are you a reliable observer and witness of human behavior ?

Is anyone?

Or is it more likely that we only notice certain behaviors when brought to our attention?

Now let’s just assume that these thieves(racists) aren’t performing their nefarious deeds in front of you out in the open for you to catch them.

Let’s assume that we would need someone to bring these “actions” to our attention for us to notice them.

Is it highly likely that an individual with high melanin production levels of any ethnicity would feel comfortable bringing these actions to your attention for you to observe ???
