If you research the actual census online at Census.gov you will see it originally has the number as 76% and then right next to it it has White Non Hispanic 67%. This drops the number down to 67%.You didn't even bother to research the US Census after I posted this because it literally addressed the exact sloppy assumptions you just posted.
